本文对GCr15轴承钢用快加热(中频穿透感应加热)得到碳浓度不均匀的奥氏体,并对其淬火组织内的残余奥氏体形态及数量,通过透射电镜及X射线衍射的研究发现,不均匀奥氏体淬火后不仅残余奥氏体量减少,而且残余奥氏体常常在剩余碳化物和马氏体的界面处,呈薄膜状包围着碳化物。这种形态的残余奥氏体对延迟马氏体和碳化物界面处裂纹的优先形核及其扩展是极为有利的,是提高马氏体加碳化物组织钢强韧性的又一途径。
In this paper, the austenite with non-uniform carbon concentration was obtained by rapid heating (medium frequency induction induction heating) on GCr15 bearing steel. The morphology and amount of retained austenite in the quenched structure were studied by transmission electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction , After heterogeneous austenite quenching not only reduce the amount of retained austenite, and residual austenite often carbide and martensite at the remaining interface, a film surrounded by carbides. Retained austenite in this form is extremely beneficial for preferential nucleation and propagation of cracks at the martensite and carbide interfaces and is yet another way to improve the toughness of martensitic and carbides steel.
