辅导员主要负责学生的日常管理工作。学生管理工作涉及学生的学习、生活、社会实践、人际关系、思想动态等各个方面,工作内容极其广泛,这些都给辅导员全面顺利的开展工作带来了一定的难度。如何做好学生的管理工作?笔者觉得首先要学会与学生沟通,走进学生的心灵。与学生进行沟通,不仅要了解学生的基本情况,还要做到平等对待每一个人,在工作中充满爱心,利用多种方式和学生进行交流。
Counselors are mainly responsible for the daily management of students. Student management involves all aspects of student learning, living, social practice, interpersonal relationships, and ideological dynamics. The content of the work is extremely extensive. All of these have brought some difficulties to the counselors in carrying out their work in an all-round and smooth manner. How to do a good job in student management? I think we must first learn to communicate with students, into the student’s soul. Communicating with students should not only understand the basic situation of students, but also treat everyone equally, love them in their work, and communicate with students in various ways.
