职工医疗保险关系到广大人民群众的身体健康。随着制度的不断改革,医疗保险基金越发重要,国家对医疗保险基金的投入也日益提升。但近期的财务实践却发现了一些问题,现行的医保基金核算方法存在一定的局限性,影响医保制度的顺利实施。所以,深化改革医保基金核算制度迫在眉睫,加强对医疗保险基金财务的监督,确保社保基金的规范性,让更多的人沐浴到医保基金的阳光。
The employee medical insurance relates to the general public’s health. With the continuous reform of the system, the medical insurance fund becomes more and more important, and the state’s investment in the medical insurance fund is also increasing day by day. However, recent financial practice has found some problems. The current medical insurance fund accounting methods have some limitations, affecting the smooth implementation of the medical insurance system. Therefore, deepening the reform of medical insurance fund accounting system is imminent, to strengthen the financial supervision of the medical insurance fund to ensure the normative nature of social security funds, so that more people bathed in the sunshine of Medicare funds.
