目的:观察人肺癌移植瘤及临床标本中Ⅳ型胶原酶表达与其转移的相关性。方法:以ABC免疫组化染色对四株不同转移特性人肺癌裸鼠移植瘤及87例有或无淋巴结转移的人肺癌临床标本进行Ⅳ型胶原酶表达的观察。四株移植瘤的淋巴结及肺转移率由低到高依次为PLA-801C、Anip973、PLA-801D、PLA-801DL。结果:Anip973、PLA-801D、PLA-801DL裸鼠移植瘤呈阳性反应,而PLA-801C则呈阴性反应;人肺癌临床标本阳性率87.3%,有淋巴结转移的肺癌阳性率95.3%,无淋巴结转移的肺癌阳性率75.5%,其差异显著。结论:Ⅳ型胶原酶的表达与肺癌转移力呈明显正相关。
Objective: To observe the correlation between type IV collagenase expression and metastasis in human lung cancer xenografts and clinical specimens. Methods: The expression of type IV collagenase was observed in four human lung cancer xenografts with different metastasis characteristics and 87 cases of human lung cancer with or without lymph node metastasis using ABC immunohistochemical staining. The lymph node and lung metastasis rate of the four tumors from low to high were PLA-801C, Anip973, PLA-801D and PLA-801DL. RESULTS: Transplantation tumors of Anip973, PLA-801D, and PLA-801DL were positive in transplanted tumors, but negative in PLA-801C. The positive rate of clinical specimens of human lung cancer was 87.3%. The positive rate of lung cancer with lymph node metastasis was 95.3%. The positive rate of lung cancer without lymph node metastasis was 75.5%. The difference was significant. Conclusion: The expression of type IV collagenase is positively correlated with lung cancer metastasis.
