“七五”计划指出,建立新型的社会主义经济体制,要抓好互相联系的三个方面:第一、增强企业的活力;第二、进一步发展社会主义的有计划的商品市场,逐步完善市场体系,第三、国家对企业的管理逐步由直接控制为主转向间接控制为主,建立新的社会主义宏观经济管理制度。可见,发展社会主义市场,完善社会主义市场体系在社会主义经济中的地位和作用之重要。本文想就什么是社会主义市场体系,社会主义市场体系产生的必然性及其特点,社会主义市场体系的地位和作用及其内部关系,如何进一步完善社会主义市场体系等问题,谈谈我个人的一些浅见。
