萝卜的食用部分是其肥大的肉质根,营养丰富,是人们喜爱的营养保健蔬菜之一,栽培十分广泛。萝卜在反季节、多季节生产中,受低温、长日照、干旱等环境因素、不当的栽培措施和品种自身特性影响下,往往会发生先期抽薹现象,严重影响萝卜的品质、商品性、产量和食用价值,造成菜农减产减收。该研究介绍了先期抽薹的发生原因,并提出了相应的预防措施,以期为防止先期抽薹现象提供借鉴。
