牛年正月初,人们还沉浸在春节的余庆中,以我国北方美丽的海滨城市青岛命名的新型导弹驱逐舰青岛舰,就辞别了父老乡亲,奉命到预定港口集结。1997年2月27日,青岛舰和铜陵号导弹护卫舰组成出访编队,在东海舰队司令员杨玉书中将的率领下离开上海,犁开了编队出访泰国、马来西亚、菲律宾的航迹。
At the beginning of the first lunar month, people were still immersed in the celebration of the Spring Festival. With the new-type missile destroyer Qingdao Ship named Qingdao, a beautiful coastal city in northern China, they bid farewell to their fellow villagers and were ordered to assemble in the scheduled port. On February 27, 1997, the Qingdao Ship and the Tongling guided missile frigate formed a visiting formation and left Shanghai under the leadership of Lieutenant General Yang Yushu, commander of the East China Sea Fleet, which plowed the track of formation of a delegation to Thailand, Malaysia and the Philippines.
