中国产权市场要想获得进一步的发展,就必须由目前的割据状态,走向监管统一、规则统一、信息披露统一,最后在区域性联盟的基础上建成全国统一的产权交易大市场。然而具体到实施路径选择,却存在不同的模式争议。本期“观察家”提出,综合考虑我国产权交易市场和产权资源结构的现状,及可预期未来的产权交易发展前景可以采用中心交易所—分支机构的统一模式。
In order to obtain further development, China’s property market must move from the current state of separatism to the unification of supervision and regulation, the unification of rules and the unification of information disclosure. Finally, a unified nationwide property rights exchange market has been established on the basis of regional alliances. However, specific to the implementation of path selection, there are different modes of dispute. In the current issue, Observer pointed out that taking into account the current situation of China’s property rights exchange market and property resource structure, and the foreseeable prospect of future development of property rights trading, a unified model of central exchange-branch can be adopted.
