目的:研究垂盆草总黄酮(SSTF)对实验性大鼠肝纤维化的防治作用。方法:SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、100、200和400 mg·kg-1SSTF组、秋水仙碱阳性药对照组,采用四氯化碳诱导大鼠肝纤维化模型,造模后,分别给予给药组相应的受试药物,给予正常对常组和模型组生理盐水。观察SSTF对肝纤维化大鼠血清中丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、透明质酸(HA)、层黏蛋白(LN)水平,肝脏病理组织学及肝组织中胶原增生程度的影响。结果:SSTF 100、200和400 mg·kg-1组及秋水仙碱组肝纤维化大鼠血清ALT、AST及HA、LN的含量能明显降低,肝组织炎症活动度及肝纤维化程度改善。结论:SSTF有明显的抗肝细胞损伤、促进肝功能恢复的作用,对大鼠实验性肝纤维化具有较好的防治作用。

Conclusion: SSTF has obvious anti-hepatocyte injury and promotion of liver function recovery, and has good preventive and therapeutic effects on experimental hepatic fibrosis in rats.
