我厂生产BJ212越野汽车用的492Q型汽油发动机,缸体是采用ZL10铝合金低压铸造成型的。铝合金机械加工、尤其是高精度的孔加工,成为生产中的一项关键问题。其中以缸体挺杆孔的加工问题最大,长期存在着孔壁划伤、光洁度差、孔径超差所造成的废品损失。我们对缸体挺杆孔精加工刀具进行了研究。经生产上的反复验证,现已定型,并用于生产。使原来的废品率由5.5%下降到0.2%以下。
I plant production BJ212 off-road vehicles with 492Q gasoline engine, the cylinder is made of low-pressure casting ZL10 aluminum molding. Aluminum machining, especially high-precision hole machining, has become a key issue in production. Among them, the machining problem of the tappet hole of the cylinder is the largest, and there is long-term waste damage caused by hole wall scratches, poor finish and excess aperture.
