行政单位是指依宪法和有关组织法的规定设置的,行使国家行政职权,负责对国家各项行政事务进行组织、管理、监督和指挥的国家机关。随着经济水平的不断提高,需要有效提高行政单位财务管理水平,以有效保护财产的安全和完整性。为此,应坚决树立正确的财务管理目标,提高财务管理人员的综合素质,切实加强收入和支出的管理,建立健全现有的财务管理机制。
