技工学校的学生都处于青少年时期,这个时期的学生心理变化非常快,常常会受到心理的困惑和冲突。技工学校的学生基础教育相对比较弱,心理会产生自卑;另外技工学校的学生还会受到就业压力的影响,在学校中不能很好地释放自我,学习压力特别大,长期这样下去可能会影响他们的心理态度。所以技工学校必须意识到这一点,为学生营造一个积极和谐的校园环境,增强德育工作,让学生朝着积极健康的方向发展。主要探讨和分析了技工学校德育教学理论与实践相结合的措施。
