航天科研项目属于机密项目,具有一定的特殊性,关系到国家安全与民生。随着复杂多变的国际形势,以及不可预测的事态变化,航天科研项目占据一定的特殊地位。但是由于航天科研项目在具体实施过程中的复杂性,航天产品的参数不同以及材料不同,具体需要的工艺设备也不同,因而增加了一定的困难性。所以在航天科研项目中,对具体实施的航天科研中实施风险管理是一种需要也是一种必要的措施手段。对航天科研项目可以实现未知预估,是否满足预期要求,此科研项目是否可行,具体实施过程中可能会出现的问题以及风险,提早做好应对措施,尽最大能力将损失降到最小。
