患者女,48岁。因“右额面部隆起3年”入院。患者于3年前发现右额面部隆起,并渐进性加重。当地医院CT检查拟诊“骨纤维异常增殖症”。体检:右额面部隆起约10 cm×12 cm大小,触之表面光滑,质硬,不活动,皮肤无增厚,颜色及皮温正常,头发无脱落。双侧瞳孔正大等圆,对光反射灵敏。无头痛、头晕,恶心、呕吐,无抽搐。实验室检查未见异常。
Female patient, 48 years old. Because “right forehead uplift 3 years ” admission. Three years ago, the patient found a right facial uplift and progressively worsened. Local hospital CT examination to be diagnosed “fibrous dysplasia ”. Physical examination: the right forehead facial uplift about 10 cm × 12 cm size, touching the surface smooth, hard, inactive, no thickening of the skin, color and skin temperature normal, no hair loss. Pupils such as bilateral pupil round, sensitive to light reflection. No headache, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, no convulsions. Laboratory tests showed no abnormalities.
