目前大多数应用软件的设计都要求方便、灵活、速度快、实时性高。运用普通的打印方式,由于打印机的速度慢,与主机的速度相比相差很远,打印报表的工作往往需要很多时间,而在这段时间内,由于打印机独占主机时间,因此,主机无法进行其它的工作,这样给工作带来极大不便,浪费了许多宝贵时间。为了解决这个问题,笔者在设计应用软件时采用了中断方式的脱机打印。这样,在打印报表时,只要发出相应的打印命令,打印机便可与主机同时工作,从而解决了打印过程浪费大量主机时间的问题。下面从几个方面介绍中断方式脱机打印的实现。
