First, the article revolves around the changes of the four basic functions of the library and expounds the important position and function of the related idea in the theory and method of library information science. Secondly, it analyzes the association principle of related data, knowledge discovery and institutional knowledge base. Thirdly, it discusses the related strategies of social education, education methods and education innovation. Fourthly, the correlation forms of platform-based knowledge service, embedded subject service and intelligent innovation service are studied. Finally, the paper discusses the intellectual development of information, intellectual value-added intelligence development, intellectual innovation and intellectual development of the relevant elements to be accomplished.
