建设中国天然气工业基地,是中国石油赋予以西南油气田公司为主的川渝石油企业的共同责任和新的使命。本文结合天然气工业基地建设对人才培训的新要求,通过与天然气基地人才培训目标进行对比分析,提出了构建适应天然气工业基地人才培训运营机制的具体内容及措施。
The construction of China’s natural gas industrial base is a joint responsibility and a new mission for the oil and gas enterprises in Sichuan and Chongqing who are mainly given by Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company. Based on the new requirements for talent training in the construction of natural gas industrial base and by comparing with the training target of natural gas base, this paper puts forward the specific contents and measures of building a talent training and operation mechanism for natural gas industrial base.
