福百龙系含奎宁的注射剂,临床上常用于解热。由奎宁类药用法不当而中毒者文献屡有报告,但是,引起过敏反应者文献报告却较为罕见。现将本院收治一例因注射福百龙过敏反应报告如下,供参考。患者男性,32岁,病案号11983,山东人。因皮肤肿胀糜烂,已十多天,而于1957年5月10日入院。入院前情况:患者于4月21日开始发冷发热,头痛,四肢关节疼痛,乏力,咳嗽,门诊诊断为流行性感冒,给予注射福百龙解热。注射后刚拔出针
