对汽车用IF钢板的表面条状缺陷进行了检测和研究。结果表明,条带缺陷主要是由表层下的夹杂物引起的。对钢板近表层的夹杂物在冷轧过程中的演化规律进行了数值模拟。结果显示,轧辊与钢板之间的摩擦系数和轧制速度对应变的分布和缺陷形成有较大影响。
Surface strip defects of automotive IF steel were tested and studied. The results show that the ribbon defects are mainly caused by inclusions under the surface layer. The evolution of inclusions near the surface of the steel during cold rolling was numerically simulated. The results show that the friction coefficient and the rolling speed between roll and steel have great influence on the distribution of strain and the formation of defects.
