目的通过测定红光照射后大白兔组织内ATP等相关能量物质含量的变化,探讨红光照射对机体抗疲劳的影响。方法将大耳白兔42只随机分成3组,每组14只,一组为对照,不照射红光;其余2组进行红光照射,每日照射1次,每次照射3h。分别连续照射1周(照射1组)或2周(照射2组)后取心肌、肝脏和骨骼肌组织检测NAD、AMP、ADP、ATP含量,并与对照组比较。结果红光照射后,各照射组与对照组比较各脏器中的能量物质的含量都有所增高,其中照射2组心肌、骨骼肌的NAD、AMP、ADP、ATP的含量与对照组比较,差异有非常显著意义(P<0.01)。结论红光照射可明显提高组织内ATP等相关分子含量,ATP的合成有显著提高,红光照射能提高机体抗疲劳的能力。
Objective To determine the effect of red light on the anti-fatigue of the body by measuring the changes of ATP and other energy-related substances in the tissue of rabbits after red light irradiation. Methods 42 rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups (14 in each group). One group was control, no red light was irradiated. The other two groups were exposed to red light and irradiated once daily for 3 hours. The levels of NAD, AMP, ADP and ATP were detected in myocardium, liver and skeletal muscle after irradiation for 1 week (irradiation 1 group) or 2 weeks (irradiation 2 groups) respectively, and compared with the control group. Results Compared with the control group, the content of energy substances in each organ increased after irradiation with red light. The contents of NAD, AMP, ADP and ATP in the two groups of myocardial and skeletal muscle were significantly increased as compared with the control group, The difference was significant (P <0.01). Conclusion Red light irradiation can significantly increase the content of ATP and other related molecules in the tissue, the synthesis of ATP significantly increased, red light irradiation can improve the body’s ability to resist fatigue.
