机用镍钛锉与手用不锈钢 K 锉预备根管效果比较

目的对比研究机用镍钛锉与手用不锈钢K锉在预备根管中的应用价值。方法抽取在该院需行根管治疗的患者58例,将患者随机均分为二组,其中观察组行机用镍钛锉治疗,对照组行手用不锈钢K锉治疗,观察比较二组患者的术后疼痛以及根管填充情况。结果观察组治疗期间的平均根管预备时间明显少于对照组;观察组患者的疼痛状况明显低于对照组;观察组患者的恰填率明显高于对照组;观察组的并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论患者来院治疗期间,应采用机用镍钛锉器械行根管预备,不仅能够降低术后疼痛感,还能够提高根管恰填率,值得推广应用。 Objective To compare the application value of machine use nickel titanium file and hand stainless steel K file in preparation of root canal. Methods Fifty-eight patients undergoing root canal therapy in this hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in the observation group were treated with NiTi file and the control group were treated with stainless steel K file. The patients in the two groups were compared Postoperative pain and root canal filling. Results The average time for root canal preparation in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group. The pain in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The patients in the observation group had a significantly higher rate of filling than the control group. The complication rate in the observation group was significantly Lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion During the hospitalization, the machine should be equipped with a nickel-titanium file machine for root canal preparation, which not only can reduce the postoperative pain but also improve the root canal filling rate, which is worth popularizing and applying.
