公平是社会主义和谐社会的灵魂,是由中国共产党的历史使命、公平在社会主义和谐社会构成要素中的地位、社会主义的本质要求以及构建和谐社会的现实要求决定的。维护和实现公平,重点解决的问题是:协调各方利益关系是关键,大力发展经济是根本前提,深化改革、逐步完善体制、机制和制度安排是保障,坚持科学发展观是指导原则。
Fairness is the soul of a socialist harmonious society. It is determined by the historic mission of the Communist Party of China, the status of fairness in the constituent elements of a socialist harmonious society, the essential requirements of socialism, and the realistic requirements for building a harmonious society. The key to maintaining and achieving fairness is that coordinating the interests of all parties is the key. To develop the economy is the fundamental premise. Deepening the reform and gradually improving the system, mechanisms and institutional arrangement are the safeguard and adherence to the scientific concept of development is the guiding principle.
