目的了解糖尿病患者血糖自我监测状况。方法对160名患者自测血糖所用的血糖仪的种类、时间、结果记录、血糖试纸的保存情况、血糖自我监测的意义、正确掌握测血糖的方法6个方面进行了问卷调查。结果糖尿病患者对自测血糖的认知情况较差,其中在家中每日自测血糖的5.0%,每周自测血糖的10.0%,每月自测血糖的30.0%,将所测血糖结果记录的57.5%,知道血糖监测意义的60.0%,正确掌握测血糖方法的占80.0%,血糖试纸能正确保存的占60.0%。结论护理人员在今后的工作中应重视有效的健康教育,对门诊和住院患者进行积极指导,从而提高患者及家属对疾病的认识,让家属起良好的监督和配合作用,使血糖控制良好,预防并发症的发生。
Objective To understand the status of self-monitoring of blood glucose in diabetic patients. Methods Sixty-six patients were surveyed by questionnaire about the type, time and result of blood glucose meter, the preservation of blood glucose test paper, the significance of blood sugar self-monitoring, and the correct measurement of blood glucose. Results There was a poor cognitive status of diabetic patients on self-test of blood glucose. Among them, 5.0% of self-test blood glucose, 10.0% of self-test blood glucose per week and 30.0% Of the 57.5%, 60% of the blood glucose monitoring, the correct grasp of blood glucose measurement method accounted for 80.0%, blood glucose test strips can correctly save 60.0%. Conclusion Nurses should attach importance to effective health education in future work and provide active guidance to outpatients and inpatients so as to raise awareness of patients and their families about the disease so that family members can play a good role in supervision and coordination to control blood sugar and prevent Complications occur.
