心室晚电位(Ventricular Late Potential,VLP)是在心电图QRS波终末或ST段内出现的微弱高频低振幅碎裂电活动,常规心电图不能描记出来,对心脏手术病人从外膜、内膜或采用导管内膜电图标测,可记录到这种VLP。目前可采用体表非创伤性信号叠加平均技术检测之。VLP的研究对心室折返性心律失常的预测、冠心病(心肌梗塞、室壁瘤)的辅助诊断、疗效和预后评价有十分重要的意义,本文就VLP的临床意义作一综述。
Ventricular Late Potential (VLP) is a weak high-frequency, low-amplitude fragmentation electrical activity that occurs during the QRS wave or ST segment of the ECG. Conventional ECG can not be traced. Using catheter endometrial mapping, this VLP can be recorded. Currently available non-invasive surface signal superimposed average technique to detect it. VLP study of ventricular reentrant arrhythmia prediction, coronary heart disease (myocardial infarction, aneurysm) of the auxiliary diagnosis, efficacy and prognosis of evaluation is of great significance, this article on the clinical significance of VLP are reviewed.
