非晶合金,在高温退火后产生相分离,由自由能较高的相向自由能较低的相转变.本文对PdSi_(20),PdSi_(20)Cr_7非晶合金,在高温炉中,由室温到700℃进行连续升温的X射线测量(每隔20~50℃测量一次)得出:PdSi_(20)非晶合金,在45℃时析出Pd原子聚集团,65℃对PdSi原子集团聚集,85℃时Pd_2Si原子集团聚集,145℃时Pd_3Si原子集团聚集.
