1987年春节前夕,广西农村金融学会秘书处邀集了有关领导及部分在邕作者,就坚持四项基本原则反对资产阶级自由化,举行了座谈.应邀出席座谈的有:区分行行长、学会会长杨仲元同志,学会顾问杨振铎、王从政、海鹏飞同志,分行副行长、学会副会长卞百林同志,分行副行长黄小能、李熙中同志,分行纪检组长刘炳辉同志,以及区分行、分行干校、南宁中支、南宁市支行的部分作者及有关同志.卞百林同志主持座谈会并首先在会上讲了话.他说,这次邀请大家来座谈的主要内容和目的有两个,一是结合农村金融研究的实际,谈谈如何坚持四项基本原则反对资产阶级自由化,把握好我区农村金融研究的大方向;二是为进一步办好学会的刊物《广西农村金融研究》以及分行办的小报《广西农村金融》提供一些宝贵意见.接着,与会的领导和作者同志,围绕上述主题纷纷畅所欲言,各抒己见.
