应白银公司铅锌矿冶炼厂、山西维尼纶厂、兰州维尼纶厂等冶金、矿山、石油、化工抗高温(40—110℃)稀硫酸(8％一30％),并有矿浆磨料而专门设计的904钢及905钢(含氮),以解决设备腐蚀严重、寿命短、维修费用大、停产更换甚至出现事故等的困扰,使原来用钼2钛钢的寿命从2-4周延长到3-6个月,年腐蚀率减少几十到上百倍,也克服使用陶瓷设备的易脆断、用塑料设备则强度低而不耐磨等缺点,具有重大技术经济意义。
