班会课是班主任向学生进行思想品德教育的主要形式。中职院校由于学生特色,组织的班会课教育方向及形式有别于普通高中。但笔者发现,我国中职教育关于班会课的研究起步时间较晚,形式较为单一,大部分院校仍然延用传统班会课模式,并没有针对中职学生特色组织进行。为了提高中职院校班会课的实效,本文从中职院校班会课现行教学模式、存在问题分析、设计与实施建议三方面进行阐述。
Class class is a class teacher to students ideological and moral education in the main form. Due to the characteristics of students in secondary vocational schools, the direction and form of organizing classes in classes are different from that of ordinary high schools. However, I found that secondary vocational education in our country started late on the class study, the form is relatively simple, most institutions still use the traditional class class mode, and did not specifically for secondary vocational students organizations. In order to improve the effectiveness of the class in secondary vocational schools, this article elaborates from three aspects: the current teaching mode of secondary class in vocational colleges, existing problems, design and implementation suggestions.
