对500例孕妇分别在妊娠34W~36W~(+6)、37W后及分娩前1~2天,应用彩色多普勒超声仪检测胎儿脐动脉、大脑中动脉、肾动脉的血流速度波形,检测各动脉的收缩峰值与舒张峰值的比值、搏动指数及阻力指数,作血气分析228例,同时作胎心监测。根据围产儿预后指标分为二组,二组胎儿血流速度波形结果经t检验差异有显著性(P<0.05)。胎儿血流速度波形与胎心监测对照显示了胎儿血流速度波形改变早于胎心变化,改变程度与脐动脉血气分析呈相关性。
The blood flow velocity waveforms of fetal umbilical artery, middle cerebral artery and renal artery were detected by color Doppler sonography in 500 pregnant women after gestational 34W ~ 36W ~ (+6), 37W and 1 ~ 2 days before giving birth. The ratio of systolic peak to diastolic peak, pulsatility index and resistance index of each artery were detected. Blood gas analysis was performed in 228 cases and fetal heart rate monitoring was performed at the same time. According to the perinatal prognostic indicators were divided into two groups, two groups of fetal blood flow velocity waveform results by t-test difference was significant (P <0.05). Fetal flow velocity waveform and fetal heart rate monitoring showed that changes in fetal blood flow velocity waveform changes earlier than fetal heart rate, the degree of change and umbilical artery blood gas analysis was correlated.
