用典型抽样方法调查了8个煤矿近3万名矿工的接尘史,用自编程序进行了时点患病率分析。结果表明,工种、工龄是计算粗患病率时的主要混杂因素。本文用1万人作为煤矿标准工种、工龄构戍,计算了双变量调整率。旨在比较不同煤矿的病情时,能真实地将比较煤矿间的实际相对差异反映出来,为进一步的病因研究提供科学依据。
The dust sampling history of nearly 30,000 miners in eight coal mines was investigated by using typical sampling methods. The time-prevalence analysis was carried out by using self-compiled programs. The results showed that the type of work, length of service is the main confounding factor in the calculation of crude prevalence. In this paper, 10,000 people as a coal mine standard types of work, construction Shu garrison, calculated the two-variable adjustment rate. To compare the different coal mine conditions, can truly compare the actual relative differences between coal mines reflect, provide a scientific basis for further study of the cause.
