传统沥青路面施工质量管理存在有限反馈、抽样检测、事后评估等不足。借助于物联网和信息化手段,在沥青路面施工的拌和、运输、摊铺、碾压环节,通过布设传感设备实时采集施工质量数据,利用数字化手段将采集的数据信息通过无线网络传输到云计算中心;云计算中心进行后台运算处理并将结果及时反馈给现场执行人员及决策管理人员。最后,以摊铺离析智能管控为例,通过温度离析指数(TSI)和低温面积指数(LTAI)为双控指标的温度离析评价方法,进一步完善沥青路面温度离析的评价体系。研究结果表明,利用物联网技术可以实现对沥青路面施工全过程的动态管控,提高施工管理效率,保证沥青路面施工质量。
The traditional asphalt pavement construction quality management has limited feedback, sampling and post-evaluation. By means of Internet of Things and information technology, construction quality data are collected in real time by means of sensing equipment in the process of mixing, transportation, paving and rolling of asphalt pavement, and the collected data information is digitally transmitted to the cloud through the wireless network Computing center; cloud computing center for background computing and feedback to the results of field operations and decision-making management staff. Finally, taking the pavement separation intelligent control as an example, the temperature segregation index (TSI) and the low temperature area index (LTAI) are used to evaluate the temperature segregation of dual-control indicators to further improve the evaluation system of asphalt pavement temperature segregation. The results show that using IOT technology can realize the dynamic control of asphalt pavement construction in the whole process, improve the construction management efficiency and ensure the construction quality of asphalt pavement.
