On September 28, 2014, an ambulance was dispatched to move Thomas Erik Duncan to the Presbyterian Hospital in Dallas, Texas. Duncan, a Libyan, suspected of being infected with Ebola virus, has been diagnosed with swift confirmation of previous speculations, making him the first American patient after a new round of Ebola outbreak to have died of ineffectiveness after 10 days. One emergency call sent emergency rescuers from the Dallas Fire Department to various high-risk areas.
