随着我国改革开放进入关键时期,突发公共事件的发生越来越频繁。如何科学、及时、有效地应对和处置突发公共事件,成为各级党委政府面对的一个重大课题。因此,党委中心组要把提高应对突发公共事件的能力作为学习的重要内容,通过学习不断增强新形势下应对突发事件的本领,提高处置突发事件的能力。
With the reform and opening up of our country entering a crucial period, the occurrence of public emergencies has become more and more frequent. How to respond to and deal with unexpected public events in a scientific, timely and effective manner has become a major issue for party committees and governments at all levels. Therefore, the central committee of the party committees should regard improving the ability to deal with unexpected public incidents as an important part of their learning, and enhance their abilities to deal with unexpected incidents by learning and constantly enhancing their abilities to deal with unexpected incidents in the new situation.
