去年8月,本人赴日本横滨参加了第21届 OMEP(世界幼儿保育、教育机构)大会。参加本次会议的代表来自美国、法国、瑞士、西班牙、韩国、澳大利亚、新西兰、智利、尼泊尔、印度尼西亚、加拿大、南非、中国、日本等几十个国家,有从事早期教育理论研究的专家、学者,也有热衷于儿童事业的社会活动家。与会代表就大会的主题——在现代环境中如何培养人的问题展开了热烈的讨论。环境、人口、教育21世纪的环境是各国代表讨论的热点。大家认为,“人口与教育”、“环境与教育”应是相互联系、相互作用的。虽然受不同的文化、不同的社会制度的影响,不同的民族形成
