在研究SPP类液态稳定剂的固化稳定机理基础上,利用加拿大Construction Aid Soil Stabilizer稳定剂(CON-AID液态稳定剂)对广西公路的高液限粘性土进行了室内加固试验研究,并对现场试验段进行相关指标的测试。试验及测试表明,稳定剂处理土与未经稳定剂处理土的强度相比有较明显的提高,而且随龄期的增加,其增幅是未经稳定剂处理土强度的2倍强。另外稳定剂的加入对土的湿化性起到了抑制作用,且其它的相关指标亦得到明显改善。通过经济技术比较,液态稳定剂加固路基的施工方法明显优于传统方法。
Based on the study of the solidification and stabilization mechanism of SPP liquid stabilizers, the Canadian Liquid Aid Soil Stabilizer stabilizer (CON-AID liquid stabilizer) was used to test the high liquid-limit clayey soil of Guangxi Highway and the field test Paragraphs related indicators of the test. Experiments and tests show that the strength of soil treated with stabilizer is obviously higher than that of soil treated with no stabilizer, and with the increase of age, the strength of soil treated with stabilizer is twice as strong as that of soil treated without stabilizer. In addition, the addition of stabilizer has inhibited soil wettability, and other related indicators have also been significantly improved. Through economic and technological comparison, the liquid stabilizer reinforcement subgrade construction method is obviously superior to the traditional method.
