1997年 12月 ,防止全球暖化京都会议上已达成协议 ,工业炉要进一步采取各种节能措施以削减温室化气体的排放量。这些措施中采用蓄热式烧嘴正成为目前的主要方向。但是 ,现状是由于尺寸大小、造价、配管复杂等因素 ,能采用此项技术的炉子受到限制 ,因而妨碍了推广。本文介绍了我公司开发的自身蓄热烧嘴 ,也就是把低造价、单一、紧凑、低 NOx等结合在一起的一套蓄热式烧嘴系统。
In December 1997, Kyoto Summit on Preventing Global Warming had reached an agreement that industrial furnaces should further adopt various energy saving measures to reduce the emission of greenhouse gases. The use of regenerative burners in these measures is becoming the main direction now. However, the status quo is due to the size, cost, complex piping and other factors, which can be used to limit the furnace, thus impeding the promotion. This article describes our own regenerative burner, a regenerative burner system that combines low cost, single, compact, low NOx and the like.
