目的提升药学服务水平。方法从心理学的角度探讨心理沟通在药学服务中的作用。结果心理因素在疾病的发生、发展和转归中均起到重要作用。药师掌握了心理沟通技巧,能够提升药物咨询、处理投诉、化解纠纷的能力。通过设计的语言、表情、态度和行为,实现对患者的心理调控、心理支持或心理健康教育,分析和解决药物治疗中的有关问题,提高药物治疗效果和患者的依从性。结论良好的心理沟通能够提升药学服务水平。
Objective To improve the level of pharmacy services. Methods To explore the role of psychological communication in pharmacy services from the perspective of psychology. Results Psychological factors play an important role in the occurrence, development and prognosis of the disease. Pharmacists have mastered the psychological communication skills, can enhance the ability of drug counseling, handling complaints and resolving disputes. Through the design of language, expression, attitude and behavior, to achieve the patient’s psychological control, psychological support or mental health education, analysis and solution of drug treatment problems, improve drug treatment and patient compliance. Conclusion Good psychological communication can improve the level of pharmacy services.
