根据文化部、财政部、教育部等七部委制定的《中国少儿歌曲创作推广计划》要求,文化部、教育部已连续两年在全国范围内举办十期少儿歌曲基层创作队伍培训班。为检验两年来培训工作的成效,提高新创少儿歌曲的艺术水平,在短期内推出一批比较优秀的少儿歌曲新作品,由文化部社图司主办、中国群文学会音乐专业委员会承办的全国少儿歌曲创作笔会于2008年8月18日至24日在浙江嘉兴召开。文化部社图司未成年人文化处处长高万生、副处长朱渤,中国群文学会音乐专业会理事长顾春雨到会。作曲家龚耀年、张卓娅、伍嘉冀,词作家虞文琴应邀为来自全国的31名词曲作者进行讲座、讨论。同时,各位专家还对所有作品进行了具体分析、点评和修改。
According to the requirements of the “Propaganda Plan for Chinese Children’s Songs” formulated by the seven ministries including the Ministry of Culture, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Education have held 10 training courses for children’s creative grassroots creative teams nationwide for two consecutive years. In order to test the effectiveness of training work in the past two years and improve the artistic level of newly created children’s songs, a batch of relatively outstanding children’s songs and new works are released in a short period of time. Composers Gong Yaonian, Zhang Zhuoya, Wu Ji Ji, Yu Wenqin, a songwriter, were invited to give lectures and discussions on 31 songwriters from all over the country. At the same time, experts also conducted a detailed analysis, review and revision of all the works.
