我厂生产的某产品零件上有一M90×1.5—6H 的内螺纹(通孔),考虑到加工该螺纹切削量较大,直接用丝锥加工有一定困难,故该螺纹先在普通车床上进行粗加工。为了使加工出的产品零件具有良好的互换性,然后用具有标准尺寸的丝锥在车床上进行校正加工。由于加工的产品批量大,丝锥的损耗较多,因此,设计了简易的装配式丝锥(如图所示)。装配式丝锥,是先将丝锥3装入柄部5的前端光滑部分。用键4将丝锥与柄部固定,防止丝锥在工作中与柄部有滑动。再将螺钉1套入垫圈2并一同拧在柄部上即可。为了不损坏已粗车出的螺纹牙型,保证丝锥在校正加工过程中具有良好的对中性,需在丝锥切削锥的前端增加一光滑圆柱面作为导向部分。其圆柱直径Φ应比丝锥小径小0.2~0.3mm;长度尺寸 L 取4~6mm;
