吴厚新中国国家中医药管理局人事教育司副司长。安徽中医学院中医系中医专业学士,中国中医科学院医学硕士,北京大学与国家行政学院合作培养首届公共管理硕士(MPA),美国杜克大学公共政策管理专业访问学者。曾任世界卫生组织总部传统医学部技术官员、世界卫生组织西太区办公室传统医学临时顾问。快人快语、思维敏捷、谈话极具跳跃性、知识渊博,这是笔者对吴厚新的直观感受。作为一名在中国政府机构工作长达23年的官员,笔者从他身上看不到太多那种官员特征,而他也确实表示,政府官员的有些工作制度需要改进,有些工作方式也需

He used to be a technical officer of the Department of Traditional Medicine at WHO headquarters and a temporary advisor for traditional medicine at the World Health Organization Western Pacific Regional Office. Fast people fast language, quick thinking, very jumpy conversation, knowledgeable, which is the author of Wu Houxin intuitive experience. As an official who has worked in a Chinese government agency for as long as 23 years, I can not see too many official characteristics from him, and he did show that some government officials need to improve their working systems and some work methods
