我院实行定额管理已4年多,在各方面都取得了明显效果。现介绍我们的主要做法。1.工作数量定额管理包括临床科收容量,医技科室工作量,门诊工作量,病历审修量以及开展科研、新技术和完成论文等几个方面的定额,根据完成情况记、扣分。2.工作质量定额管理临床科将初、确诊符合率,手术前、后诊断符合率,主要疗效指标,差错发生率,病历合格率,业务考核成绩,科研成果以及护理工作质量等,
Our hospital has implemented quota management for more than four years and achieved remarkable results in all aspects. Now introduce our main approach. 1. Work Quota Management includes quotas for clinical departments, workloads in medical departments, outpatient workloads, reviewing of medical records, and carrying out scientific research, new technologies and completing papers. Record and deduct points according to the completion status. 2. Work quality and quantity management Clinical department will be the beginning, the diagnosis of coincidence rate, preoperative and postoperative diagnosis of coincidence rate, the main efficacy indicators, the error rate, the medical record pass rate, business assessment results, scientific research and nursing quality,
