十年前的12月,中国证券市场发生了前所未有的创举:1990年12月1日,深圳证券交易所试营业;12月19日,上海证券交易所正式开业。至今,中国股市已走过了10年的风雨历程。监管机制的成熟和法律法规体系的完善,使中国证券市场在迅速扩容的同时,走上了规范发展的轨道。呼之欲出的创业板,则将为这个市场再添活力.据业内人士称,创业板将在明年5、6月推出。
