目的:通过实验研究观察加味逍遥散制剂对慢性长期温和刺激致抑郁症模型动物自主活动及体内递质含量的影响,探讨其治疗抑郁症的可能机理。方法:应用开场法观察该药对动物自主活动及应用荧光法测定,观察加味逍遥散制剂对慢性长期温和刺激致抑郁症模型脑内递质含量的影响。结果:加味逍遥散制剂三种剂量均可一定程度增高慢性长期温和刺激致抑郁症大鼠模型动物脑内NA、DA和5-HT含量,并对自主活动无明显的影响。结论:加味逍遥散制剂可对动物脑内NA、DA和5-HT含量产生一定影响,其抗抑郁作用可能与此有关。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of Jiawei Xiaoyao Powder on the autonomic activity and content of neurotransmitters in chronic depression-induced depression model animals, and to explore the possible mechanism of depression treatment. Methods: The open-field method was used to observe the animal’s autonomic activity and the application of fluorescence method. The effect of Jiawei Xiaoyao powder on the content of neurotransmitters in the model of depression caused by chronic long-term mild stimulation was observed. RESULTS: Three doses of Jiawei Xiaoyao Powder could increase the content of NA, DA and 5-HT in the brain of rats with depression induced by mild chronic long-term stimulation, and had no significant effect on the locomotor activity. Conclusion: Jiawei Xiaoyao powder can exert a certain influence on the content of NA, DA and 5-HT in the brain of animals. Its antidepressant effect may be related to this.
