医患关系是医学伦理的基础。医患关系随着历史的前进不断发展变化。新时期的医患关系应该是由政府委托医疗卫生行业承担维护人民健康责任和患者选择自己信任的医院(医生),把自身的健康委托给医院的健康维护者与被维护者的双重委托关系。这种关系具有人道主义性质,不是单纯的金钱关系和买卖关系。正确认识和处理这种关系,有利于促进医疗事业的发展。
Doctor-patient relationship is the foundation of medical ethics. The relationship between doctors and patients has evolved and changed along with the progress of history. The relationship between doctors and patients in the new period should be entrusted by the government to the medical and health industry to undertake the responsibility of maintaining people’s health and hospitals (doctors) where patients choose their own trust, and entrust their own health to the hospital’s health care maintainers and the defenders. This relationship is of a humanitarian nature, not simply a money relationship and a buying and selling relationship. Correctly understanding and handling this relationship will help promote the development of the medical industry.
