目的:研究八宝景天总黄酮的超声提取工艺。方法:采用单因素和正交试验选出八宝景天总黄酮最佳提取工艺。结果:确定八宝景天总黄酮的超声最佳提取工艺参数为:乙醇浓度为80%、浸泡时间为90 min,提取温度为60℃、提取次数为5次。结论:八宝景天中总黄酮提取的因素重要性为A>D>C>B,即乙醇浓度和浸泡时间对八宝景天中黄酮提取结果影响较大,提取温度和提取次数对八宝景天中黄酮的提取结果影响较小。
Objective: To study the ultrasonic extraction process of total flavonoids of Kingdee Babcock. Methods: The optimum extraction process of total flavonoids from Babcock skullcap was selected by single factor and orthogonal test. Results: The optimal ultrasonic extraction process parameters of total flavonoids of A. fortunei: 80% ethanol, 90 min immersion time, 60 ℃ extraction temperature and 5 extraction times. Conclusion: The importance of the extraction of total flavonoids from Sedum alfredii was A> D> C> B, that is, the concentration of ethanol and the soaking time had a significant effect on the extraction of flavonoids from Sedum alba, extraction temperature and number of extraction Sedum flavonoids extraction results less affected.
