目的 :了解糖尿病足坏疽致病菌的分布情况、变化趋势及致病特点。 方法 :用梅里埃ATB细菌仪鉴定创面分泌物中的细菌分布。 结果 :96 %标本细菌培养阳性 ,2~ 3种需、厌氧菌混合感染 ,需氧菌以大肠杆菌、洋葱假单孢菌及金葡菌为主并兼有厌氧特性 ,厌氧菌以产气荚膜梭菌、二氧化碳嗜纤维杆菌、脆弱拟杆菌多见 ,偶见肉毒梭菌。 结论 :糖尿病足坏疽虽以缺血、末梢神经病变为常见诱因 ,但感染也是不容忽视的伴发因素。
Objective: To understand the distribution of diabetic foot gangrene pathogens, trends and pathogenic characteristics. Methods: The bacterial distribution in wound secretions was identified with Merier ATB bacteria instrument. Results: 96% of the samples were positive for bacterial culture and mixed with 2 or 3 kinds of anaerobic bacteria. The aerobic bacteria were mainly Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas cepacia and Staphylococcus aureus, and had anaerobic characteristics. Anaerobic bacteria Clostridium perfringens, fibrobacillus carbon dioxide, Bacteroides fragilis more common, occasionally Clostridium botulinum. Conclusion: Diabetic foot gangrenous ischemia, peripheral neuropathy as a common cause, but the infection can not be ignored as a concomitant factor.
