9月12日至16日 ,中国科协在长春举办了以“新世纪、新机遇、新挑战———知识创新和高新技术产业发展”为主题的学术交流会 ,全国科技界近4000人参加。中国计量测试学会名誉理事长、两院院士王大珩参加了这次大会 ,并于百忙之中抽出时间参加了中国计量测试学会召开的“全国计量测试新技术、新仪器发展交流会”。在会上 ,王大珩院士做了精彩的讲话 ,现将王大珩院士讲话中的精粹摘录如下 ,以飨读者
On September 12-16, China Association for Science and Technology held a seminar on “New Century, New Opportunities and New Challenges --- Knowledge Innovation and Development of High-tech Industries” in Changchun. Nearly 4,000 people from the national science and technology sector participated . Honorary chairman of China Metrology Institute, Wang Daheng, academician of both houses attended the conference and took the time out of his busy schedule to participate in the “National Measurement and Testing New Technology and New Instrument Development Conference” held by China Metrology and Measurement Society.
