山东省昌邑市第一中学转变教师教育理念,推动教师专业发展,优化课堂教学改革的模式,完善课堂教学改革的机制,构建了“75分钟拓展课堂教学法”。学校课堂改革主抓组织学习、开展讨论、校本培训三个环节,充分发挥课改实验教师的带动作用、学校名师的引领作用和青年教师的促动作用,分重点推进、总结经验和整体提升三个步骤进行。同时,学校建立了合理完善的评价机制。事实证明,科研投入带来优质教育,课堂教学改革使学校、教师和学生都得到充分的发展。
