2003年对于中国民航的安全工作来说是不平凡的一年。在经历了民航改革全面展开,运输生产受到非典疫情的严重冲击等诸多动荡之后,中国民航仍然创造了有史以来最好的安全纪录。但是正如杨局长在安全工作会上所说的:航空安全只有起点没有终点,如何能将安全周期继续延长下去是每一个民航人今后所要面临的更加严峻的任务,为此,记者在中国民航年度安全工作会议上走访了2003年航空安全奖的4家获奖单位的领导,希望能够将他们在安全管理上的先进经验和做法与大家分享。
2003 is an extraordinary year for China's civil aviation safety work. After many unrests such as the reform of civil aviation and the severe impact of the SARS epidemic on transportation and production, China Civil Aviation still created the best safety record ever. However, as Dr. Yang said at the Security Work Conference: Only starting point for aviation safety has no end. How to prolong the safety cycle is a more serious task that every civil aviation person will face in the future.
