中国民办科技实业家协会于3月11日～13日在北京举办了保护知识产权研讨会。参加会议的代表有民办科技实业家、专利局代表、法院审判人员、新闻单位代表等大约50人。会议研讨的主要议题有;(1)从技术上如何认定专利侵权;(2)如何正确利用知识产权法律保护自己的合法权益;(3)如何利用专利法避免重复劳动;(4)如何利用知识产权搞活企业,提高效益。
The China Association of Private Scientific and Technological Entrepreneurs held a seminar on IPR protection in Beijing from March 11 to March 13. Attending the meeting were some 50 people, including private scientific and technological experts, representatives of the Patent Office, court adjudicators and press agencies. (1) how to identify patent infringement technically; (2) how to use intellectual property law properly to protect their legal rights and interests; (3) how to use patent law to avoid duplication of work; (4) how to use knowledge Property rights invigorate enterprises, improve efficiency.
